Shipping, at a minimum, takes 3-4 weeks. One receives no tracking number. If you email or call, and are actually able to get in touch with someone regarding your orders shipment status, there is *invariably* a nebulous excuse involving “inventory” that makes little sense to me.
I also do not like paying $500 for a bottle of wine, only to find out after a month, that the item is no longer in stock!! Had I not asked Wine Chateau about the delay in my delivery, who knows how long it would have taken to receive my refund. One really has to try to engage with wine château like a rapacious creditor in order to get a response. It’s beyond frustrating.

Everything arrived safely, just in separate packages.

Products are incredible and prices perfectly. Shipping is a NIGHTMARE. Ordered weeks in advance to have plenty of cushion time for a birthday present. Nothing came… Called a week before birthday and told it would be out in a few days. It arrived after the birthday. Looked stupid at the party. Eventually gave it to the recipient and she LOVED the product.

Love dealing with you folks. Great wines. Great prices. Great service.

I ordered wine on June 21, 2022...they charged my credit card immediately...wine still not delivered as of August 25, 2022. They told ME I needed to go through my bank or credit card company to get the money refunded even though they are the ones that charged my card? What a TOTAL SCAM! If you see Wine Chateau...run the other way as fast you can! UNREAL!

The experience was great, it was here when they said it would. It was packed nicely for no damage.

I purchased one bottle of Whisky at nearly $600. At the time the website said it was in stock. Did not receive item within the allotted time so called and was told the supplier has it on back-order. Great, who wants to fork over $$$ for a pricey item not even in stock.
Checking in monthly, still not in stock for the next 6 months. My patience running out, I asked for a refund. They said they would send a check within 10 business days. Two months later, NO REFUND CHECK and still cannot get through to the helpdesk even after waiting on hold 25 minutes.
STILL WAITING AFTER PLACING ORDER 10 MONTHS AGO. NO WHISKEY - NO PROMISED REFUND

This Company never updates there website. They will allow you to purchase items they don't even have in stock. They also make you wait weeks/months. They will never reach out to you first about items they don't have. You literally have to email them. I spent weeks not hearing anything about my order until I reached out. They should update their website with what they actually have instead of giving out false promises.

When I found Wine Chateau, I thought I found a miracle. This has to be the hardest wine to find. Since I was able to find it here, I order Wine Chateau exclusively! Great company to deal with and it only takes about a week for my wine to come. Love, love, love this company!!!!!!!
